Born in 1946 in Switzerland, Christian Vogt lives and works in Basel. Working as a photographer since the late 60’s, he studied at the Basel Design School. His photographs embrace the notion of space, the relationship between bodies, the passing of time or the link between text and image. With an enthusiasm for the world that he conveys from the shooting to the print, Vogt builds his work in color or black and white, carefully thinking about the size and the printing technique of each image.
